Summary	0000445: New input_to() flags: amount of data
Description	Add flags to input_to() to direct the driver to return 'x' number of bytes from the socket, or all there is. Kind of a 'binary input_to()'.

Den ganzen Rest den man dann für XML-Sockets (hey.. vielleicht will ja nen Mud nen Flash-Client schreiben um trendiger zu sein :-) noch braucht, hab ich fast fertig.
